- Firstly wash and chop the fish fillets for about 2-inch pieces..
- Now simply mix all dry spices & ginger garlic paste together mentioned above and make a thick paste including corn flour & 1/2 lemon juice..
- Further marinate the chopped fillets nicely and set aside covered for around 30 minutes..
- Heat up the oil in big Kadai set it on medium flame burner while the oil is hot drop each fillet piece one after the other making sure not to overlap and don’t stir or flip immediately give 3-4 minutes then flip to another side when it turns nice golden & crispy both sides remove it.gradually prepare all in similar fashion.
