  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.

  3. Add the minced meat until well combined and cooked…then add the blended spinach then mix well.
  4. Add the spices+salt and keep stirring for about 2 minutes.the add the boiled maize.stir.
  5. Finally add the boiled potatoes and mix well and let it cook for 3 minutes until you get something like this….enjoy.

I find mukimo to be a very healthy dish (in my opinion). This is the long version of cooking TRADITIONAL KENYAN MUKIMO that I had promised you last week.
